How does it work? |
Contact me by email (remove the word spam after you have clicked on the link) info@martylaynespam.com and give me an idea of what you are looking for. I'll email you and let you know if I can help. Coaching is done by phone or Skype. I will give you some times and dates that work for me. You then choose a time and date that works for you, we agree and you call me at that agreed upon time.
You purchase coaching sessions in increments of 1 hr through Paypal before our first session. I recommend that you commit yourself to
2 sessions to reap all the benefits of being coached.
During our coaching
sessions, I listen and make suggestions for you to use to explore your
value system and your goals in educating your children at home or in
parenting. Each coaching session begins with a look at the effect of
your actions during the intervening time.
Coaching
is all about finding your strengths as well as areas that need to be
developed. A coach helps you to explore these. You, of course, are in
charge of where you go with any suggestion.
Personal
coaching can be a helpful tool to help you to discover what’s important to
you and what isn’t, what feels comfortable to you and what doesn't.
Coaching is not counseling nor is it advising. Instead, coaching is
having someone on your side, cheering you on and giving you feedback to
help you use all of your talents and gifts. It is future oriented not
past focused. Some people find a one session is enough, others prefer four. And still others find they like the security
of a longer commitment (3-6 months) to help them make the changes they want to make.
