Fill out the contact form and submit it.  I'll email you and we'll set up an initial free 10 minute phone consultation.  Coaching is done by phone.  You make the phone call at a time we agree on.  If, after that phone call, you and I both think that we can work together, you purchase coaching sessions in increments of 1 hr. All coaching sessions are done on the phone. I recommend that you commit yourself to at least 4 sessions in the first month to reap all the benefits of being coached.   During our coaching sessions, I listen and make suggestions for you to use to explore your value system and your goals in educating your children at home or in parenting. Each coaching session begins with a look at the effect of your actions during the intervening time.   Coaching is all about finding your strengths as well as areas that need to be developed. A coach helps you to explore these. You, of course, are in charge of where you go with any suggestion.   Personal coaching can be a helpful tool to help you to discover what’s important to you and what isn’t, what feels comfortable to you and what doesn’t. Coaching is not counseling nor is it advising. Instead, coaching is having someone on your side, cheering you on and giving you feedback to help you use all of your talents and gifts. It is future oriented not past focused.  Some people find a one-month commitment is enough.
