Learning At Home is now in its third edition. I continue to get letters from people telling me how much my book has helped them. This, as you can imagine, makes my day.
I surprised myself and wrote a children's book. It was fun and it's even more fun to read it to children. Their eyes get big and round as they hear about Little Blue Feather. And the at the end I teach them the song and we all enjoy clapping in time to "Hurry, Hurry, Hurry, Hurry, we must all get fat and furry. "
These two little stories about the coming of winter are told in language simple enough for young children to understand and interesting enough to engage older children.
